A Few Simple Rules for a Great Stay
We want every guest to feel safe, welcome, and comfortable. These rules help us maintain the high standards reflected in our 4.9-star Google rating and 106 five-star reviews. Thank you for doing your part.
General Rules
Speed Limit is 10 mph.
No Driving or Parking on Grass.
No Parking in vacant sites.
Quiet time: 10:00 pm – 8:00 am.
No disorderly conduct, noise nuisance or loud music.
Do not overfill the dumpsters. No furniture or mattresses in Dumpsters.
No trash left out overnight. Trash left outside must be in a trash can.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Clean up after yourself, your children, pets and guests throughout the Resort.
Visitors must be accompanied by resort guests while on property.
Smoking is not permitted inside any resort facilities or pool area. Dispose of butts properly and not on the ground.
Any guest, visitor or pet that damages or destroys resort property, landscaping, or equipment will be held liable. The value to repair or replace damaged items will be billed directly to the reservation holder.
Do not give your gate access code or door FOB to anyone.
Cost to replace FOB is $25.00. All weapons must be kept in compliance with state/federal laws.
No illegal drugs of any kind. This includes marijuana.
Abusive, harassing, threatening behavior or derogatory language directed at personnel or other guests will not be tolerated. You will be asked to vacate the resort without a refund.
If Law Enforcement is notified regarding a disturbance at your site, you will be asked to vacate the resort without a refund.
Not following the rules will result in being fined and/or asked to vacate the resort.
There will be no refunds if guests are asked to vacate the resort.
LHTX RV Resort is a privately owned resort. Management reserves the right to refuse services, ask guests to vacate, or deny access to any guest under any circumstances.
Pet Policy
If pets show any type of aggression, you will be asked to remove the pet or vacate.
Pick up after pets immediately and dispose of waste properly.
